SalarySmile Education Northwest are currently looking for a Sports Coaches to fill a number of available roles across Manchester, including area’s such as Salford, Trafford and Wigan.
We are currently looking for Sports Coaches who are interested in working within a secondary school setting, supporting the PE department. The successful applicants will be working alongside experienced Teachers and Heads of Department to help plan and deliver exciting sports lessons across Year 7 through to GCSE level. We are looking for recent graduates from a sports related degree field, such as sports science and sports psychology, or experienced coaches with a background in supporting children or young adults- such as football coaches, gymnastics coaches or swimming teachers.
The successful applicants will be joining our friendly client schools from April 2024, with an expected salary range of £85-100 per day, depending on experience. Applicants will receive training through our Smile Education Graduate Academy, including safeguarding training and access to multiple online training courses.
What to expect from applicants?
Applicants should either be recent graduates from a sports related degree field (graduating from 2022 onwards). Or they should be an experienced coach with a background in supporting children or young adults. Applicants should be confident in their ability to manage practical sports activities while working with a large number of pupils.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:
