About The Role
The Sports Marketing team at lululemon is responsible for creating, developing, and executing Ambassador marketing strategies that inspire communities to live well. The Sports Marketing Specialist, EMEA is a key member of the team, supporting the Sports Marketing Manager, EMEA with management of the Store Ambassador Program and the Store Ambassador Community Investment Fund, as well as, EMEA Sports Marketing co-ordination & data analytics.
The role reports to the Sports Marketing Manager, EMEA and is based at the London SSC.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage Store Ambassador Program and Community Initiatives Fund.
- Strategize, Implementation, and Localisation of Store Ambassador Program in EMEA ensuring Store Team (Ambassador Relationship Managers) and Community Marketing Leads are enrolled and supported for all parts of the Store Ambassador Experience (including but not limited to - onboarding, database, advisory boards, funding application, discounts, IRL activations, Product Testing Communities, giftcard loading procedures).
- Manage cross-functional requests for access to Store Ambassadors to elevate, amplify & leverage our ambassadors to drive business growth.
- Regularly connect with the Global Sports Marketing Local Ambassador Team to ensure Global strategy is implemented locally and is relevant to regional market.
- Manage, rollout and implement the Store Ambassador Community Investment fund. Manage timeline, EMEA store enrolment (50 stores), communication of program, panel enrolment and manage a 6-figure budget granted to successful CIF candidates.
- Support the Sports Marketing Manager with analysing and reporting on the social media performance of Ambassadors in regional programs.
- General co-ordination for Sports Marketing department - offsites, team orders, surveys, general support, product send outs.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Passion for social media content and IRL & online communities
- Strong organixational skills with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and manage multiple projects concurrently
