As Senior Advertising Agency Partnership & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Reckitt’s creative transformation. A transformation that elevates the importance of creativity in driving growth. Your expertise will directly shape the future creative agency ecosystem that powers some of the world’s most iconic brands.

About the role


Dive into the dynamic world of forecasting and project management with Reckitt as our new Demand and SOW Manager. In this strategic role, you'll be the architect of our demand planning processes and the guardian of our Statement of Work lifecycle. Your expert management and sharp oversight will ensure that resources are perfectly aligned with our ambitious projects. Your Responsibilities:


Agency Selection and Management:

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business goals, marketing objectives, and the unique requirements of Reckitt's diverse brand portfolio and culture
  • Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of advertising agency selection processes, aligning them with Reckitt's brand objectives and marketing strategies
  • Lead the end-to-end process of identifying, evaluating, and selecting advertising agencies that align with Reckitt’s goals and requirements
  • Foster strong relationships with existing agency partners and continuously assess their performance against key metrics
  • Partner with Procurement to negotiate contracts, scope of work, and pricing structures to ensure optimal value for the organization

Stakeholder Consultation:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance on agency selection based on industry insights, marketing trends, and your extensive knowledge of the advertising landscape
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate the agency selection process and its alignment with Reckitt's Marketing Excellence standards.

Budget Management:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and manage budgets for Agency Partnerships, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness
