Capital Markets Trade and Transaction Reporting Operations
Role : EMIR Regulatory Reporting - Senior Analyst

• As a Trade and Transaction Reporting EMIR Senior Analyst you will help to shape the strategy and to define, refine, and deliver complete, timely and accurate trade reporting.
• You will contribute to handle EMIR Delegated Reporting BAU and follow change initiatives across multiple business lines.
• The role entails the provision of daily support for BAU and change in EMIR Regulatory Reporting.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
• Provide guidance to external clients on EMIR Regulatory Reporting and act as main contact person for delegated reporting queries and escalations while possessing the ability to support multiple initiatives at the same time.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders like Risk, Compliance, Legal, Business, and other operations teams.
• Contribute to EMIR BAU daily operations.
• Follow regulatory developments across the relevant industry working groups.
• Maintain procedures, continuously improve processes, and control framework.
• Address issue remediation tactically and strategically partnering with front-to-back tech teams.
Skills/ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in EMIR transaction reporting, particularly for FX products.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey complex principles clearly and concisely.
• Experience in translating regulatory text into business analysis and impact on firm flows as well as fields mapping and lineage across the stack.
• Experience in working with Tech teams to implement reporting solutions or remediate reporting errors.
• Understanding of transaction reporting BAU activities such as reconciliation, exceptions, back reporting, manual uploads.
• Familiarity with DTCC is appreciated.
• Basic knowledge of business intelligence tools and SQL is welcomed but not essential.
