You will collaborate closely with our EMEA GTM leadership team and Marketing’s Global Campaigns team to localize and run demand programs, ensuring they resonate effectively with the target region’s audiences. In addition to that, you will be responsible for determining where you need to deliver programs unique to the EMEA market. You know when it’s appropriate to reuse existing campaign materials and when you need to develop unique messaging, content, and offers to meet your program objectives and satisfy the region’s needs.
You’ll partner with sales leadership to map out an events plan, including identifying trade show sponsorship opportunities and creating bespoke 1Password events. You will also collaborate with the EMEA GTM partnerships team to engage with top EMEA-based reseller, distributor and MSP partners to establish in-region channel relationships, run partner engagement programs, and create partner demand. This role requires taking charge of making detailed plans and meticulously tracking results to drive success.

What we're looking for:
- Experience running integrated marketing programs and field events that drive customer demand.
- Experience localizing campaigns developed by centralized campaigns function.
- Experience working in a SaaS business serving the cyber security industry is desired.
- 8+ years of Marketing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a detail oriented, creative thinker, who enjoys problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- A proven track record in deeply understanding various marketing levers available to drive opportunity growth.
- Change management experience and proven ability to drive adoption and usage of new program types across a diverse remote GTM organization.
What you can expect:
- Lead the development of an EMEA marketing plan and carry out regional campaigns for 1Password.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand goals and key accounts, and align regional marketing plans and activities to achieve success.
- Be the main point of contact for marketing in EMEA, representing marketing in the EMEA GTM leadership team.
- Assess global marketing campaigns and programs for their fit in the EMEA market and lead the localization of the essential elements to effectively raise awareness and generate leads for the GTM organization.
- Working with the digital marketing team to define EMEA localization strategy for digital programming.
- Lead field events and trade show sponsorships from planning through on-site management to maximize lead generation and make sure all elements are well executed.
- Coordinate with the brand, creative and content teams to keep our brand consistent and messages clear in EMEA.
