The Company:

The Role:
As a CX Insight Lead you will be responsible for the following;

• You will report into the Head of Strategy Insights & Analytics, you’ll play a key role in informing and driving the organization's success on a global scale.
• Ownership of the organization's relational feedback programmes and the accompanying strategic reporting and insights to the Executive Board
• Lead a team of research practitioners to deliver actionable insights that provide assurance or a case for change
• Embed and enhance the company's embryonic customer experience framework to inform business decisions and enable customer-centric journeys that enhance brand loyalty, drive customer satisfaction and improve overall business performance
• Enrich customer insight captured through research with other sources of analysis, including behavioural and digital

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience leading teams - including setting goals, coaching, development and performance management
• Advanced knowledge on quantitative or qualitative research methodologies and a track record of introducing next and best practice in CX insights
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing with ability to quickly produce quality reporting and ultimately deliver concise insight reporting and storytelling
• Appetite and confidence to work with senior management and key external agencies and drive valuable conversations during meetings
• A track record of driving improvements through insight; identifying pain points and opportunities with suggestions for appropriate action with clear proof points on how they have been adopted and impacted the customer experience

The benefits:
As a CX Insight Lead, you can earn up to a base of £75,000 + aggressive benefits package
