The Selling Partner Risk (SPR) team focuses on protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from Fraud and Abuse and on providing world-class support for Amazon s selling partners. We have a global team of machine learning scientists, software developers, product and Program Managers, risk managers, and investigators that own this mission across Amazon s stores worldwide.
Under SPR, the Fraud and Abuse Prevention team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Sr. Program Manager to drive delivery of programs with huge strategic impact. We design and build high performance Machine Learning software and systems to identity and prevent abuse, and constantly strive to outsmart those who attempt to defraud Amazon, our partners, and our customers.
As a Sr. Program Manager, you will define the roadmap and own goals to reduce the impact of abuse on Amazon Customers and Sellers. In this role, you will interact with a broad cross-section of the Amazon organization and negotiate effective solutions between teams to protect every Amazon seller account. The right candidate loves solving complex problems, has strong analytical skills and is highly data-driven, has strong communication skills to manage cross-functional programs and earns trust from stakeholders, and is passionate about stopping bad actors and protecting customers.

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Basic SQL skills
- High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration
- Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
- Demonstrated experience with e-commerce, online identity, Fraud and risk management functions
- Demonstrated experience effectively working with engineering and/or AI/ML science partners
- Ability to think strategically and at the same time, be comfortable to dive into the details and stay on top of tactical execution
- Bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
