Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting tender estimates within designated timeframes
- Offering expert advice on value engineering solutions and proposing alternatives
- Active participation in tender review meetings with clients
- Coordinating pre-qualification questionnaires and submissions
- Engaging with supply chain activities and providing performance feedback on active projects
What we're looking for:
- Minimum five years of relevant experience, with a preference for fit-out project experience
- Proficiency in interpreting drawings, coupled with a keen eye for specialist details
- Sound understanding of contract documentation and associated risks
- Efficient use of estimating software
- Demonstrated experience or qualifications in the field
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
