What will I be doing?
A Staff Canteen Assistant is responsible for keep all canteen areas cleaned and tidy and helping the Staff Chef keep the Buffet full and ready to the team members.
- Help the Staff Chef to top up the Buffet, also food and drink stations.
- Keep working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
- Keep all canteen areas clean and tidy up, including Tables and Floor
- Communicate with other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
- Be environmentally aware
