Role Overview
As a Staff Nurse in our Cardiac department, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and assist consultant cardiologist with a wide range of cardiac procedures such as: Angiogram, Angioplasty, PPM insertions, Radiofrequency ablations, TAVI, CABG, Heart Valve Surgeries, Aortic aneurysm repairs. Responsibilities include performing ECG, checking blood pressure monitors, administering medication, preparing, and educating patients.
Requirements
• Registered General Nurse with full NMC registration.
• Experience in the following fields of Cardiology: Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Respiratory, Renal.
• Ability to recognise Cardiac Rhythms (Desirable).
