Staff Nurse- Older People's Service Ward 30

The shift pattern is rotational day and night shifts.

Band 5 Staff Nurse position within Older Peoples Services Ward 30 (18 beds), Glasgow Royal Infirmary. Your role within the nursing and multi-disciplinary team is to provide safe, effective, person centred care to our patient group. You will be NMC registered with the necessary technical skills and unpinning knowledge for you to competently assess, plan, implement and evaluate care whilst maintaining high standards.
You will provide clinical leadership as you co-ordinate care and participate in empowering conversations with patients, relatives, carers and significant others. You will practice in an open, transparent and inclusive manner that is evidence based and person centred at heart. It is essential that you are currently a nurse registered with the NMC with some post registration experience.
