Your Superhero Duties:
Super Healing Powers: Use your nursing skills to heal and comfort our residents like the true superhero you are.
Medication Maverick: Administer medications with the precision of Hawkeye hitting his target.
Cape-Worthy Care Plans: Work with the team to develop care plans that are so spot-on, they'll make Superman's aim look wobbly!
Resident's Sidekick: Be the Robin to our residents' Batman, always there to support and assist them in their daily challenges.
Requirements (Your Superhero Toolkit):
Nursing Cape (aka NMC Registration): You must have your NMC registration to fly with us in the superhero league.
Superhero Experience: Previous experience in a care home or healthcare setting is your secret weapon.
Communication Superpowers: Communication skills so sharp, they could cut through steel (figuratively, of course).
Team Justice League Membership: Ability to work as part of a team, because even Batman needed a Justice League!
Heart of Gold: A passion for providing top-notch, superhero-level care to our residents - they're our damsel in distress!
