Static/ Reference Data - SSI

Hays are recruiting for a Static/ Reference Data analyst to join a leading bank for a 6 month contract.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Reference Data across the London Branch and European Office systems. Your responsibilities will include registering new customers, monitoring workflows, maintaining settlement instructions, and collaborating with internal clients to enhance existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain High-Quality Reference Data:
• Collaborate with AML/KYC teams to verify client documentation.
• Ensure accurate registration of new customers and related product attributes.
• Monitor incoming workflows and execute Reference Data instructions within agreed SLAs.
• Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) Management:
• Maintain and approve SSIs for FX/MM Derivative Products.
• Control updates to internal trading limits and base/fixing rates across branches.
• Collaboration and Process Improvement:
• Build strong relationships with internal clients to understand their needs.
• Initiate and implement process improvements based on business understanding.
• Support and Adhoc Tasks:
• Assist the Data Administration and Cash Management teams with projects and adhoc tasks within Shared Services.
• Monitor Fircosoft compliance as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in Reference Data management, preferably in a financial institution.
• Proficiency in using relevant systems and tools (e.g., Fircosoft, CRM).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
