Job description

Company background

Superbike factory was founded in 2010 and today via its three principal brands of SuperbikeFactory.com, Wewantyourmotorbike.com and Superbike Loans is the largest retailer of used motor bikes in Europe. Superbikes is a digital first business offering the only true end to end to online consumer experience in the sector. The business has opened 5 retail sites in the last 5 years based in Macclesfield, Milton Keynes, Bristol, Bradford and Donington Park and sales turnover has grown rapidly to over £90m in 2024. Employing over 250 people and  backed by a successful private equity house, the business is now embarking on the next rapid phase of growth.

Role background

Reporting in to the Operations Director the role holder will work closely with the operational, marketing,  production and commercial sides of the business to ensure that bikes purchased are effectively marketed from day one and that older stock is managed to minimise any losses. • Assessing newly listed bikes for sale to ensure accuracy of description, standard of presentation and monitoring of initial interest.
  • Building up a profile over time which will allow us to identify problem bikes early on in their life cycle.
  • Ensuring that there is a continuous feedback loop into purchasing, production and marketing to allow for continuous improvement.
