This Role
Responsible for managing all our Internal Inventory and the processes attached to best practice stock management. You will be responsible for delivering KPI's against this remit and managing your team.
What you need to deliver
• Compliance on internal stock policies and procedures whilst creating new the new compliance framework
• Driving continuous improvement through innovate forms of inventory management
• A reduction in company SLOBs (wastage) through pro-active stock rotation and allocation
• Oversee replenishment reports and actions, keeping our stock levels at the right level in pick locations
• Ownership of internal cycle counts and subsequent investigations and RCA
• Management of our internal WMS (SnapFulfil) for data validation
• Management and development of your team
• Regular auditing of internal processes to deliver best in class
• Implementing new KPIs, including but not limited to, replenishment numbers, write off, cycle count accuracy etc
• Train and develop a culture of stock conscious employees
• Operational ad-hoc support
