Would you like to join a fantastic team in Rotherham? Our client is looking for a Stock Controller who has experience of working with bespoke computer systems. You will work closely with all areas of the business and will be expected to cover other tasks when needed. This is an office-based role where attention to detail and accuracy is key.
THE ROLE:
Booking in of all goods received.
Ensuring stock quantities and locations are recorded.
Allocating serial numbers and produce labels.
Investigating any discrepancies with stock.
Arranging transport.
Responding to all stock enquiries from the sales team.
Booking stock out to jobs.
Ensuring van stocks are correctly recorded.
Chasing suppliers to make sure delivery due dates are not missed.
Logging of sales orders.
Liaising with sales team re timescales.
Identifying when purchase orders should be raised.
Chasing suppliers to ensure delivery dates are adhered to.
