We have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller (Nights) who likes to work with a team and is passionate about offering excellent service and standards. . Reporting directly to the Night-shift Manager, the purpose of this role is to maintain an accurate control of the physical and financial system stock file.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
- To complete a full bulk storage (reserve slots) stock verification and amend where necessary.
- To complete the daily stocktaking of Chilled foods and update the stock-file.
- To remove stock from picking as per the scanning gun instruction and to document the removal of such stock and isolate in a designated area.
- To partake in Company stock-takes always ensuring that stock-take procedure is adhered to.
- To maintain the housekeeping of all warehouse shelf labels (picking location / slot labels, picking location check digits, bulk location labels).
- To be the point of contact for any “product recalls / product withdrawals” ensuring stock is isolated and recorded correctly. To convey isolated quantities quickly and efficiently.
- Locate any new lines in an appropriate location slot.
Skills / Experience
- Numerate and literate
- Experience in warehousing and distribution
