Stockroom Assistant

We are looking for stock and repairs assistants for our office in Glasgow city centre.

This is the head office where we process and distribute goods for all our branches, as well as having an in-house Jewellery and watch workshop. We pride ourselves on providing the highest standard of aftercare advice and workmanship to our stores and our customers. Needless to say it is a fast-paced environment where the ability to work under pressure is essential.

The successful person will handle goods from suppliers and arrange distribution to stores, as well as placing orders on behalf of customers and supporting an efficient service to our retail stores. Ability to multi task and manage priorities in a timely and efficient manner are key to achieving the required service levels to the business.

Attention to detail, a confident style of communication via email and telephone are essential to this role.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, has proven success in a customer service and/or stock control environment, with strong ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
