What you'll need
Experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast–paced environmentExcellent time–management, delegation, and problem–solving skillsA pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and your team through every shiftStrong communication skills to tackle even the trickiest conversationsThe confidence to monitor, manage and improve your store's key performance indicators
