**Role Overview:**
As the Wholesale Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our wholesale business. Alongside managing wholesale accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction, you'll play a vital role in managing the delivery system to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience. You'll also be tasked with monitoring and expanding this delivery system to meet the growing demands of our wholesale business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our wholesale business
- Manage wholesale accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing and production teams to optimise product offerings
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance performance
- Manage and monitor the delivery system, ensuring efficiency and reliability
- Expand the delivery system to meet the growing demands of the wholesale business
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in wholesale or retail management
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent sales management and team leadership abilities
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently
