Job Title:  Store Manager – Premium Pizza Delivery

Salary:      Up to £35,000 – DOE

Responsibilities of the Store Manager – Premium Pizza Delivery:

• Inspire and lead the team by setting an example of excellence.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and mutual respect.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members.
• Handle performance management and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Organise team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges.
• Ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.
• Analyse sales data to optimize staff schedules for cost management.
• Ensure food and beverages meet high-quality standards.

About the Store Manager – Premium Pizza Delivery:

• You come from a Fast Casual or premium QSR setting.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Customer service and FOH orientation.
• Strong understanding of business financials.
• Strategic decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to structure the compliance of the store.
