About Our Client
The client is an expanding retail organisation based in London, looking for a new Store Manager.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Achieving and growing sales targets, minimising costs and managing staff budgets.
- Lead the team within the store.
- This team leadership includes recruitment, training and one to one management.
- Rota scheduling and task assignment.
- Ensuring high performance and productivity from yourself and the team you manage.
- Management of stock and orders.
- Oversight and management of the store on a day to day basis including opening/closing, cash management and overall store cleanliness and standards.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Store Manager will be:
- Experienced working in a fast paced retail environment as a Store Manager.
- Strong communication skills to solve conflict and relay messages.
- Available to work weekends at least twice a month.
- Able to support other stores when necessary.
What's on Offer
On offer to the successful Store Manager is:
- £35,000 per annum.
