For this permanent Stores Administrator role you will play a key part in the warehouse team; supporting them on the day-to-day administration and customer service tasks.
The duties of the Stores Administrator will include:
- Answering the Telephone and dealing with general customer enquiries
- Producing customer quotations invoices and dispatch notes
- Book items into the system
- Packing and wrap items ready for dispatch - producing documentation for items.
- Filing the relevant documentation and locate archived records.
- Completing export license applications
- Occasional customer deliveries/collections
- Liaising with the marketing team to assist with campaigns and business development
- Have a friendly and confident telephone manner
- Have prior experience in picking & packing for dispatch
- Be organised and self-motivated
- Have a high level of computer literacy and be able to use microsoft and CRM
- Have excellent numeric, written and analytical problem-solving skills
- Be collaborative and be able to communicate effectively
- Hold a full UK Driving License
