Are you looking for a new job in a fast-paced internal customer environment? How about an exciting role working on a military estate in support of our Army customers? You’ll get to be part of supplying materials for our customers. Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services…
As a Stores Administrator, you’ll be working in the store, supporting the team, and making sure that the correct parts needed by our customers and engineers are ordered in a timely fashion.
This means that you’ll need to be able to pick up new tasks quickly, and pay extremely good attention to detail, especially when raising no-part orders. You will ensure that requisitions are raised accurately and as required and will follow up the subsequent processes in line with company procedures.
You’ll also need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, because you will have to liaise with outside agencies/external stakeholders as required to get quotes in and ensure parts are delivered on time and as specified in the supplier’s quote.
In addition, you’ll occasionally be required to provide cover for the Ammunitions Storekeeper at a separate location, which means you’ll need to either have or be willing to undergo the Authorized Rep by Road training course, which is a mandatory requirement to perform such role.
You’ll be part of a great team and manager who will support you and provide you with everything you need to be great at your job. And you’ll always get continued training to help further develop your skills, so that when you’re ready to move your career to the next level, you’ll be prepared.
But first, meet the team…
With a 35-year contract, making soldiers’ lives better is at the heart of everything we do at Aspire Defence Services.

We’re all about nurturing great teams, and our award-winning safety and wellbeing initiatives are built on keeping an eye out for one another and having a good work-life balance.
