Job description

We are currently representing a leading IT services provider in search of an innovative Strategic Account Manager to join their Sales & Marketing Team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and senior management to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular strategic review meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Strategic Accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
  • Develop and implement Strategic Account roadmaps to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximise client value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and industry trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on IT best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Oversee contract negotiation and renewal processes, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract details and client interactions using the company CRM.
  • Conduct new client onboardings, setting clear expectations from the start.
  • Foster collaboration across internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates, new offerings, and industry insights.

What experience is needed to be successful in this role?
