Role Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for driving the transformation initiatives, applying strategic thinking, and problem solving at organisational level.
- You will be required to carry out the following:
- Data gathering and investigating findings
- Fact based decision making
- Preparing reports
- Presenting solutions and road mapping
- Presenting to leadership for specific projects
- Work collaboratively across different teams/departments globally, to understand the current issues and gather information/requirements.
- Create and build the savings sheet to better understand whether initiatives will be beneficial
- A minimum of 10 years commercial experience in Strategic Technology Programs for business-wide change.
- A highly experienced Senior Strategy Lead with in-depth knowledge of the Health Insurance Industry is essential.
- An astute Strategic Consultant who has a mix of Strategic, Leadership, Technical, Functional, Consulting skills.
- The ability to look at the bigger picture.
- Excellent communication skills.
