We are currently recruiting for a Procurement professional, who has vast experience in procuring IT services.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing the supply of IT Services, Hardware, Software (and support renewals) and SaaS (Cloud) in accordance with all internal policies and procedures and external legislation.
• Undertake sourcing approaches in line with source to contract system and Purchase order process.
• Support Category Managers as well as the Business in the development of both standard and complex contracting and sourcing strategies.
• Ensure the lowest total cost of ownership to the group, and robust contractual provisions to mitigate risks in contract delivery.
• Support relevant supplier relationship and performance management activities
• Working with the wider Procurement and Commercial team, you'll continually drive efficiencies in sourcing and the overall process.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Proficient in IT contract knowledge, specifically SaaS and IT Services with Tier 1 technology partners.
• Stakeholder engagement & management.
• Understanding and management experience of supply chain.
• Excellent communication, independent worker and results driven mindset.
• Highly developed drafting and writing ability.
• Strong understanding of relevant statutory and legal provisions.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge on UK Procurement Legislation.
• Worked with procurement related systems such as Oracle Harmony, Jaggaer or Achillies Utility Vendor.
