We’re looking for a Strategy Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Head of Strategy in the design, review and execution of the strategy for Zing to reach its ambition globally. This role will engage and influence a wide spectrum of stakeholders and partners within the new business, leadership of Wealth and Personal Banking, the broader HSBC and external vendors and partners.
This role will support definition of a holistic business strategy across its target markets, helping position it as a rival to leading fintech.
What you’ll be doing:
• Support the definition of a holistic business strategy across its target markets, helping position it as a rival to other fintechs.
• Influencing at senior functional level, and at regional and market leadership level to drive support for each market and to collaboratively build relevant proposition for the market.
• Support strategy execution within Tribes in collaboration with the business leadership.
• Lead identification of further growth strategies to expand the business model with new offerings, geographies and partnerships.
• Translate business strategy into compelling narrative to engage key strategic partners internally and externally.
