Starting Salary: £48,336 with the opportunity to earn £50,810 + an annual bonus.

Working Pattern: Days (37 hours per week, typical hours are 07:30 - 15:40 or 08:10 - 16:20)

Location: Sellafield, West Cumbria

What will the successful candidate be doing:

Our Strategy & Technical Team develops detailed assessments and deliverables for the Site Management Portfolio, aligned to Strategic Enterprise, Site, Directorate and Portfolio objectives and aspirations.

Strategy & Technical Advisors focus on strategy development and implementation applicable to delivery of the operations and programmes in Site Management.

The responsibilities below describe the typical activities in this role (however, this is not exhaustive and will vary over time, depending where we are in the business lifecycle and against emergent company challenges and aspirations):

* The primary purpose of this role is to provide support with the collation, interpretation, presentation, analysis and management of information and data to enable effective management decision making;

* Develops an understanding of the future Site Management service demands for the site, to define and justify the required investment profile (whilst minimising lifetime cost of the Site Management service delivery) to deliver resilient services;

* Supports the Programmes of Change across the Site Management Portfolio, to undertake the required transformative activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Skills:

* Experience and a proven track record in successfully working within multi-disciplined nuclear operations, programme, business or project management delivery role and as a result has earned a degree of respect / credibility amongst their peers.

* Experience in working within complex, political and challenging change management environments.

* Experience of delivering change that crosses organisational boundaries.
