Technical Customer Service Advisor

As a Technical Customer Service Advisor, you ll join a small, friendly team and support clients via telephone and email, with IT, software and system issues. You ll assist new customers during their onboarding process, addressing feedback, and resolving any issues that arise.
If you ve got previous experience in a Customer Service or technical support role and have a keen interest in software, IT or Tech then we d love to hear from you.
