Job Duties:- Developing and designing structural components and systems for aerospace and aviation projects
- Conducting analysis and calculations to ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Structural Designs into overall project requirements
- Utilising CAD software to create detailed design drawings and specifications
- Participating in design reviews and providing technical guidance on Structural Design aspects
- Performing risk assessments and proposing solutions to design challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in Structural Design within the aerospace or aviation industry
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to Structural Design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
- Professional engineering certification (e.g., Chartered Engineer status)
- Experience with advanced structural analysis tools and software
The role is based in an office environment at Samlesbury. Occasional travel may be required for project meetings and site visits.
