Salary: 45,000 - 55,000
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
We are looking for a Structural Steel Estimator to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Prepare estimates for Structural Steelwork, architectural steelwork, and cladding.
- Monitor and track project progress and ensure that the project is completed within the estimated time and budget.
- Maintain records of estimates and contracts.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in estimating roles.
- Experience with Structural steel preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary: The salary for this position is between 45,000 and 55,000 based on experience.
Working Arrangements:
- Hybrid working offered with 3 days in office and 2 from home.
