3 full time posts (1 based at Uxbridge, 1 based at Harrow, 1 based at Richmond) We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who would enjoy working with young people to fill these varied and rewarding posts. One post will be based at Uxbridge Campus, one post at Harrow-on-the-Hill Campus and the other based at Richmond College, Twickenham Campus. You would case manage groups of learners from the time they apply to the College through to enrolment and during their first weeks in College. You will communicate with prospective and current students, parents and College staff, providing information and assisting with the enrolment process, and will respond to learners’ support needs, ensuring they are settled onto their study programmes. You would also promote and raise awareness of courses offered by HRUC to students at feeder schools within the catchment area, deliver presentations and support events including workshops and careers events. Educated to Level 3, you will be a pro-active, enthusiastic team player, and will enjoy building and maintaining supportive relationships with learners. You will be able to communicate confidently with students and parents over the telephone, in writing, via social media and face to face. You will also have good IT skills, and be able to effectively prioritise your workload to meet targets.
