Part-Time role: 18.5 hours per week

You will provide an excellent potential student experience in terms of an efficient and streamlined process for all stages of recruitment with a strong focus on the conversion of enquiries to enrolment.
What You Will Do
- Be the first point of contact for potential students, including application and course enquiries.
- Process applications ensuring all offers have been made to potential students.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service that represents our organisation.
- Ensure appropriate systems are in place to manage electronic files.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to relevant systems and processes including cover and support, catering for fluctuating workloads and absences.
- Experience of working in a customer focused role/environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft office / google application.
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
- Literacy and Numeracy at Level 2 or above.
