About the Role Part-Time role: 18.5 hours per week This is an exciting opportunity to join the Administration team at Keighley College. We are a friendly, enthusiastic team with a passion for working with a diverse group of people to deliver an outstanding student experience to our students, visitors and stakeholders. You will provide an excellent potential student experience in terms of an efficient and streamlined process for all stages of recruitment with a strong focus on the conversion of enquiries to enrolment. What You Will Do Be the first point of contact for potential students, including application and course enquiries. Process applications ensuring all offers have been made to potential students. Provide an excellent level of customer service that represents our organisation. Ensure appropriate systems are in place to manage electronic files. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to relevant systems and processes including cover and support, catering for fluctuating workloads and absences. About You Experience of working in a customer focused role/environment. Excellent communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft office / google application. Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements. Literacy and Numeracy at Level 2 or above.
