Are you an experienced administrator who prides themselves on their organisational skills? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from student helpers to academic colleagues? We are currently recruiting for a Student Recruitment Events Assistant to work within the Student Recruitment & Outreach team providing administrative support for the planning, organisation and execution of on-campus and online Recruitment Events. The Student Recruitment Events team work through multiple stages of the Student Recruitment journey – with events from initial interest in the university (Open Days) through to events specifically curated to encourage enrolment from applicants and offer holders (Applicant Days).
In this role you will aid in facilitating events that showcase the university's offerings and foster engagement with prospective students and their supporters. This role will contribute to the university's recruitment strategy by assisting in event operations, lead on increasing the number and impact of campus tours and providing administrative support, helping to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
The post will require regular weekend and out of hours working. Please note that agile working is supported in this role with the team currently working in the office every Tuesday throughout the year and multiple days per week in the lead up to each event.
