Student Services Administrator - Full Time

Are you a strong Administrator, looking to work for a growing company based in central Brighton?

This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time Student Services Administrator to join a company based in Brighton. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. This is a hybrid role (after 3-month probation).

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Dealing with email and telephone enquiries and maintaining accurate electronic and hard copy files
• Sending out letters, brochures, and emails to students
• Registering student onto the company booking system
• Processing invoices and receipts for student's fees
• Liaising and supporting the Accommodation Officer for booking accommodation and travel arrangement for students
• Dealing with agents regarding general enquiries, such as courses/examinations, bookings, queries, or payments
• Booking exam sessions for students as required
• Supporting with ad-hoc tasks and keeping the principal informed of all-important matters

To be successful for this position, you must be highly organised with high attention to detail. You must be a strong communicator with a professional telephone manner and have good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
