Student Temporary Role

Temporary Property Assistant

We are working with a long-established property management company in York who are looking for bright and friendly people to assist with end of term property inspections.

This is a short-term Temporary Role between 26th June - 8th July.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW

• You MUST be available for training and induction Wednesday 26th June. (All day with a free lunch)
• Full UK drivers’ license is essential
• Full training on how to use our software and how to conduct effective inspections.
• Monday - Friday 9-5
• £12.25 p/h + mileage expenses

A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY

• Checking out properties
• Completing schedule of condition/inspection reports
• Taking meter readings
• Providing administration and telephone support

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU? Please read on for the essential skills our client is hoping you will be able to showcase:

• The ability to travel between properties in York, via a car.
• Your own smartphone/device that you are willing and able to use for work purposes (all our systems are on apps!)
• A good eye for detail
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced (but fun) environment.
