Student Services Manager

Manpower is recruiting for a temporary Student Services Manager. This position is to ensure the smooth running of the Student Services department and welfare provision in the centre.
Details

• Full-time, 5 days per week, 08:30-17:30
• Shares emergency phone duty on a rota basis
• Temporary ( 6 - 8 weeks)
• £14.35 - £15.38 hourly pay rate depending on experience
• No on-site parking

OBJECTIVES:

• To manage the Student Services department with emphasis on student welfare and VISA compliance

• To ensure that administration of the school is run smoothly and effectively
• To provide strong and supportive leadership for Student Services team
• To ensure the highest level of Customer Service throughout the school

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages enrolment of new students and maintenance of records
• Supervises work & training of other Student Services staff
• Leads on the recruitment and induction of new members of staff to the Student Services team
• Deals with enquiries from sales offices & other incoming calls & enquiries.
• Manages student welfare concerns
