Manpower is recruiting for a temporary Student Services Manager. This position is to ensure the smooth running of the Student Services department and welfare provision in the centre.
Details
- Full-time, 5 days per week, 08:30-17:30
- Shares emergency phone duty on a rota basis
- Temporary ( 6 - 8 weeks)
- £14.35 - £15.38 hourly pay rate depending on experience
- No on-site parking
OBJECTIVES:
- To manage the Student Services department with emphasis on student welfare and VISA compliance
- To ensure that administration of the school is run smoothly and effectively
- To provide strong and supportive leadership for Student Services team
- To ensure the highest level of Customer Service throughout the school
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages enrolment of new students and maintenance of records
- Supervises work & training of other Student Services staff
- Leads on the recruitment and induction of new members of staff to the Student Services team
- Deals with enquiries from sales offices & other incoming calls & enquiries.
- Manages student welfare concerns
