SalaryWe are looking for energetic and passionate Student Tutor for a successful Learning Provider to assist with helping youth people who struggle with FS and GCSE Maths and English. The lessons need to be fun and engaging as we are flexible with teaching style to create a progressive environment.
As the Student Tutor, you will be responsible for providing some one-on-one and small group tutoring to students aged 11-16 in GCSE Maths and English. You will work closely with students to help them develop their skills and confidence in these subjects, and provide feedback to parents on their progress.
What you will need:
- GCSE Maths and English (minimum grade C)
- Experience working with young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a school/college environment
- Teaching qualification
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring to students aged 11-16 in GCSE Maths and English
- Develop lesson plans and provide feedback to parents on student progress
- Work closely with students to help them develop their skills and confidence in these subjects
This is £15-£20ph, based in Waltham Forest. Monday-Thursday, 9:30am-3:30pm, on site.
