This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has graduated in either business, marketing or creative and wants to get some exposure of what it’s like to work in an Agency environment. Alternatively, this could suit someone with a PA or reception/front of house background who would love to work in a creative agency.
Job Description:
There will be lots of support to allow you to flourish in this fast paced, exciting environment. We need someone who will soak up all this knowledge and crave more. Everyone learns something every day, there’s no resting on our laurels here.
You’ll be the front of house for the agency and will support the Account Managers and Creative team in many different ways to make sure they keep up with deadlines. This will include admin support, answering calls, organisation of anything from birthday cards, arranging lunch for client visits, to a trip into town to pick up samples or organising photo images.
What we’re looking for:
The creative and client team are good at what they do and proud of their work and culture! So to join them, you'll be a great people person with the emotional intelligence to read the room and you’ll have a rigorous eye for detail, never dropping a ball.
We would prefer you to have some knowledge of business and marketing, but your attitude is what really counts, super-organised, you’ll need to be a passionate, tenacious self-starter. You'll also work on a Mac in this role.
This is a small, vibrant company and as such everyone needs to fit in. Based in Leeds, they are a short walk away from Leeds Train Station.
