We are looking for an experienced Substance Misuse Clinical Lead to provide Clinical Leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams. You will deputise on behalf of the Deputy/Head of Healthcare when required and work closely with partners to maintain a robust, high quality clinical service You will ensure that your own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role and drive to provide coaching and support for the teams around you. You will model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication and competence.What you'll be doing
The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a current professional qualification (NMC) and will carry out the role with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Knowledge of healthcare policies and best practice would be advantageous, as well as a proactive approach to problem solving.

You’ll receive an annual salary of between £47,250 - £53,077 per annum - depending on experience. You will also have access to the following benefits:
