A Local Authority in South West London is hiring for a full time Adults' Social Worker to adhere to local adults in need of that are in use of the drug and alcohol support from adult's social care.
Key Duties include:
Complex case management
Safeguarding and locality work
Care act and mental capacity assessments
Placing service users in nursing homes

What are they looking for?
Qualified Social Worker with Care Act assessments, Safeguarding Adults Enquiry and Mental Capacity assessment experience (expected)
Mental Health or Substance Misuse experience (preferred)
Registered with SWE (expected)
Professional qualification in Social Work (expected)
