SalarySt Peter’s Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint a hardworking, friendly and conscientious superintendent to look after our lovely, ‘Outstanding’ school.
Starting as soon as possible, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Security – Locking and unlocking of buildings and site, security checks, fire alarm systems, CCTV surveillance and others as included on the job description
- Maintenance – minor repairs, redecoration, drain and minor plumbing works, heating, lighting, site inspections, waste organisation, overseeing deliveries, cleaning internal and external areas
- Health and safety – follow risk assessments, promote safety of the environment
- Portering duties
- Liasing with contractors and suppliers.
