Could you be the full-time Superintendent of Maintenance in Camden, NJ we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Bruce Browne (General Manager), and work alongside exceptional, enthusiastic and collaborative teammates.
You'll be creating great value as you bring your heavy equipment maintenance knowledge and experience to create best in class vehicle maintenance program.
You’ll specifically take care of the day-to-day management of the light rail vehicle maintenance shop. This will be a great opportunity to build a program and grow your career.
We’ll look to you for:
- Create preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
- Develop the skills of staff.
- Conduct root cause analysis and run Failure review Boards.
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- BA/BS or specialized industrial training in railway operations, safety and regulatory compliance or related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for the degree on a 1:1 basis.
- 5 years of management experience in industrial maintenance (rail, bus, aviation, or other heavy industry).
- Experience with Maximo or other maintenance management systems (Preferred)
- Experience performing root cause analysis and leading a Failure Review Board (Preferred).
