Shift times : Service is open from 08:00 to 20:00 . We can offer a 9- or 10-day working fortnight
Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months from start date
Salary : Up to £61,897 dependent upon experience
We're looking for a Superintendent Radio grapher to join our team at The Harley Street Clinic, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC.

Duties & responsibilities:
- Maintain exemplary professional standards and quality assurance in all aspects of patient care.
- Be responsible for the accurate planning or administration of radiotherapy treatments ensuring accurate documentation of treatments in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- In conjunction with senior radio therapy staff, agree, implemen t and monito r systems of work, quality assurance procedures and protocols.
- Maintain effective liaison with all appropriate staff to ensure the provision of a high-quality service and a smooth and efficient workflow through the department.
- In conjunction with other health professionals, support and participate in a team approach to problem solving leading to the continued development of the radiotherapy service.
- Operate radiotherapy equipment in accordance with operational procedures ensuring routine quality assurance procedures are carried out.
- Ensure all equipment faults and malfunctions are recorded and reported to the Radiotherapy Service Manager and Physicist.
What you'll bring:
- DCR(T)/BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Radiography or equivalent
- HCPC registration
- Extensive clinical experience at Team Leader level to include Pre-Treatment experience desirable, however we can consider someone stepping into a Superintendent position for the first time
- Advanced knowledge of patient management systems, experience with Eclipse TPS and Aria is desirable, in addition to IV contrast competencies
