Supervisor

Seeking a well-organised and self-motivated person interested in working in the recycling and environmental sustainability industry. This position is responsible for is to supervise the site employees to ensure the site is operating safely at all times and within the guidelines of Sims policies and procedures. Working in Long Marston, the successful candidate will be part of a team and work under the supervision of a knowledgeable and supportive Site Manager.

• Lead and manage a team of people

• Ensure that Customers/Clients receive excellent customer service and value
• Regularly communicate with other sites on relevant information
• Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the waste or metals recycling sector is desirable
• Previous experience working in the metals industry
• IT literate to include Microsoft Office
• Previous Banksman experience would be an advantage.
• Forklift Truck Licence desirable, but not essential
