The selected individual will play a crucial part in supervising and overseeing the duties of the sales team and other staff. They will also be in charge of creating and overseeing work schedules that are painstakingly designed to meet productivity and sales goals. They will actively collaborate with managers and other departments to address problems with operations, assess workforce requirements, and suggest resource allocations that would maximise productivity and sales. Furthermore, when circumstances dictate, the candidate will continue to provide the managerial team with insightful reports on a regular basis, guaranteeing openness and efficient communication about departmental operations. The candidate will be required to work 38 hours per week.
