The supervisor will be accountable for continuously improving the quality of the services and safeguarding high standards of care by creating an environment in which excellence in care will flourish by developing and supporting the performance of all members of the staff team, the successful candidate will have a rota over 4 weeks that consists of day, evening, and weekend shift working. To ensure the effective maintenance and delivery of all housekeeping services in the establishment. To administer treatments and prescribed medication in accordance with Cumberland council policies and procedures.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check.
Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with adults. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with adults.
